Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase on Chibiloot. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Digital Products

Please note that we do not offer refunds in cases where the customer is unable to use the service due to personal technical issues, including but not limited to device malfunctions, compatibility problems, or loss/damage of the device.
The service is delivered digitally and constitutes a non-tangible, irrevocable good, and is therefore not subject to cancellation or refund under standard consumer protection laws related to physical goods.

2. Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your item within a reasonable time (typically within 24 hours), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resend the product if necessary.

3. Duplicate Orders

Refunds will not be granted for duplicate or accidental orders once services have been provisioned. It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order before payment. All delivered services are considered final and non-refundable.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your account was used fraudulently, please contact us within 7 days. We may request proof and investigate the claim thoroughly.

5. Custom Orders or Commissions

For custom artworks or special commissions:

  • 50% deposit may be non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Full refunds are only applicable if no work has started.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Order number
  • Reason for refund
  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots)

We will review all requests and respond within 3–5 business days.
